Wok Wednesday – Classic Stir Fry
Wok Wednesday is here!
Starting off with one of my favorites, a basic stir-fry in the wok.
Heat the wok, start off with a little olive oil and a few drops of sesame oil. Once hot, add in the sliced chicken. Once it is cooked add in any and all veggies you have on hand. That is the fun part, anything goes that sounds good. This time I picked carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, and zucchini. I like to season with Braggs Liquid Amino’s, then once it is served top with a few drops of sesame oil.
